The ultra high thermal conductivity makes the diamond material ideal for coolling electronic components with high power densites, such as those used in processors, semiconductors, lasers and the rapid deloping electric vehicles.
Recently a wafer thin nanomembranes devopled from synthetic diamonds was integrated into electronic components, the new technology is reducing the local heat load by up to ten times,this exciting application will greatly improve the road performance and service life of electric cars and in the meanwhile reduces battery charging time,however, the cost of massive production of the diamond nanomembranes still requests extensive experiments .
